What is Cancer?

Cancer is a disease where cells in the body divide uncontrollably causing them to become damaged or die. Cancerous cells may invade nearby tissues and spread throughout the body if left untreated.

As per the research done by the best cancer hospital in Delhi. There are two major factors that contribute to the development of cancer. One factor is genetic mutations that occur in genes responsible for regulating normal cellular activities.

These changes cause cells to function abnormally and may lead to uncontrolled cell division and growth. The second contributing factor is environmental elements such as radiation, chemicals, and viruses that damage DNA and disrupt cellular regulatory mechanisms.
