All of our short-term lodgings for people with disabilities are situated in the Area of Moreland City Council and Brimbank City Council, close to parks, cafes, and public transportation.
Sports and Recreation at Our Accommodation
We make sure that every one of our participants has the chance to socialise and experience a sense of home away from home. We have Short Term NDIS accommodation available for just this need. New activities are offered to our participants, including:
- viewing films
- Visiting stores in malls
- consuming food at a nearby café
- strolling to the shore
- Sporting activity
- examining nearby attractions.

NDIS Short-Term Housing
Support
In our NDIS rental houses, our advisors ensure that each participant’s specific needs are satisfied. These comprise looking after
- the participant’s dosage requirements and schedule
- Personal needs of the participant, such as clothing and bathing
- Participant’s cooking and meal preparation
- Dietary needs of participants.
If you prefer not to remain in one of our NDIS houses, we also offer the aforementioned support to you in the convenience of your own home.
Duration of stay
According to their NDIS funding, our participants can choose to remain at our house for their preferred length of time, which can range from a day to a month.
support for both adults and children
We offer support to both children and adults, and as a result, our participants stay with people their own age, which makes them feel more at ease. Every age group can find something to enjoy.
Specialist disability accommodations are the kind of accommodations where we’ll be giving our participants highly skilled, specialist help. For those with severe functional impairments or substantial assistance needs, this sort of accommodation is preferable.
You will need to include Specialist Disability Accommodation in your NDIS plan in order to receive it. Once you have access, we may collaborate with you to create a unique plan and even assist you in finding the ideal property. In accordance with the Commonwealth Disability Support Pension and Rent Assistance payments, we can help you determine the rent and utility costs.
